What we collect

• Pre-registration: your name, email, phone number, and anything you choose to add in the optional message, when you pre-register your support.
• Usage analytics: standard, aggregated Google Analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) — never tied back to your name or contact details.
• Your IP address, temporarily hashed (never stored in plain form), only to stop spam and duplicate submissions.

Why we collect it

Pre-registration data helps us show real, public demand for RaktKhoj to the people and departments who could actually build it — and lets us update you if the project moves forward. Analytics helps us understand how the demo is used so we can improve it. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or any other third party.

Everything else on this site is fake

Donor profiles, blood bank stock levels, camp attendance numbers, and similar figures shown elsewhere on RaktKhoj are demonstration data used to illustrate how the real product would work — they don't belong to real people.

How long we keep it

We keep pre-registration data until the project concludes or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we have, correct it, or delete it entirely, at any time — just email us. If the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies to your request, you also have the right to complain to India's Data Protection Board.
